The C.P. Steimle collection is a small selection of documents collected and created by and about Clemens P. Steimle, registrar for the Michigan State Normal College. Steimle a 1904 alum of the Michigan State Normal College returned to serve on the Mathematics faculty in 1905 and became the registrar in 1909, a post he held until his retirment in 1949. Abstract
The Cynthia I. Wedding sweatshirt is a children's Michigan State Normal College sweatshirt that belonged to student Cynthia Wedding. Wedding attended the Normal College in the 1950s, but did not complete her degree. She was kiled in an accident in 1956. The sweatshirt was donated by her brother Robert Wedding in 2009. Cynthia and Robert were the only two children of Walter Young Wedding and Mary Szebo Wedding.
